Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us when using Cloud Event Manager, including:

Account information (name, email address, phone number, venue details)
Event data (client information, event details, proposals, contracts, BEOs)
Payment information (processed through Host Merchant Services payment gateway)
Usage data (how you interact with the Service, features used, system logs)
Communications (messages, support requests, feedback)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve Cloud Event Manager
Process payments and transactions through Host Merchant Services
Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
Train and improve our AI features (Claude and Cloud AI Manager) for your specific venue, using only data you provide directly to the Service. We do not use any data obtained through Google APIs, including Google Calendar data, to train or improve AI or machine learning models.
Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the Service

Google User Data

Cloud Event Manager integrates with Google Calendar to sync and display your event bookings. When you connect your Google account, we access your calendar data solely to:

We use Google Calendar data only to provide and improve these user-facing calendar features. Specifically, we do not:

Use Google user data for advertising of any kind
Sell Google user data to any third party
Transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide the calendar sync feature, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice to you
Use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI and/or machine learning models. Our AI features (Claude and Cloud AI Manager) do not access, process, or train on Google user data
Allow humans to read Google user data, except with your explicit consent, for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations

You may disconnect your Google account at any time from your account settings, which revokes our access to your Google Calendar data. Upon disconnection or account deletion, we delete stored Google Calendar data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Limited Use Disclosure

Cloud Event Manager’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the [Google API Services User Data Policy], including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

With your consent or at your direction
With Host Merchant Services payment processing systems to facilitate transactions
With service providers who perform services on our behalf
To comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or respond to lawful requests

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All payment data is processed through PCI-compliant Host Merchant Services systems.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. Event and transaction data is retained in accordance with financial record-keeping requirements.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your Cloud Event Manager account settings or by contacting support.
