What are the processing rates?

Processing rates are based on your business volume and card mix. Host Merchant Services offers interchange-plus pricing with no hidden markups. Most venues see rates that are competitive with or better than what they currently pay. Contact our team for a custom quote based on your processing history.

Can I use my own processor?

Cloud Event Manager requires payment processing through Host Merchant Services. This is how we’re able to offer the entire platform at no cost — instead of charging you thousands per year in software fees, we bundle the software with competitive payment processing. Most businesses find they save money overall compared to paying for event software plus a separate processor.

Is there a contract?

There are no long-term contracts for the software. You can stop using Cloud Event Manager at any time. The payment processing agreement with HMS is month-to-month with no early termination fees. We believe you should stay because the product is great, not because you’re locked in.

What about migration from Tripleseat?

We handle the migration for you at no cost. Our team will transfer your event history, client contacts, templates, and active bookings from Tripleseat to Cloud Event Manager. Most migrations are completed within 5–7 business days with zero downtime. We also provide training sessions to get your team up to speed quickly.
